Memory Helpers

My sweet friend Jan from Sunday School class gave me some great ideas for having better memory. She wrote a book about good health and helped her son recover well after he had a brain injury several years ago.

Here's the basic list:

1. Take extra Magnesium~ cheap supplement that can be bought at the Asian store in Tulsa @ 21st and Garnett @ a lower cost
2. Green Tea~ 3 to 5 cups a day
3. Healthier diet in general
4. Ginkgo Biloba~ try the others things first
5. Cod Liver oil~ take along with omega-3 supplements
6. Vitamin E and C~ protect the brain and protect against a failing memory.
7. Horizontal Eye exercise~ moving your eyes back and forth in a horizontal movement for 30 seconds can instantly improve your memory about 10%

Thanks for another magnificent post. Where else could anyone get that kind of info in such a perfect way of writing? I've a presentation next week, and I am on the look for such information.

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
