How were you able to cope with the 1st few days back? I was having a hard time sitting still as my body was used to going. It ttok a couple of days for me to settle down. I had fun. Keep in touch.

How are you getting along since you got back? Have you a new sense of empowerment? I feel that way, as what we all accomplished in Nashville has given me more motivation to take more action and get more done.
You are a very good writer. Your descriptions of the week in Nashville are very vivid and detailed. One feels as though one was there.
